Afrozy Ara is a Senior Director with over 15 years of experience in Analytics and Customer Experience. She is passionate about using data and design to build a better world. Currently, she leads Digital Diagnostics engagements and advises CMOs and CDOs on how to enhance customer experiences by improving their digital KPIs. Afrozy has incubated the Data Science & Analytics practice at Incedo, which is currently a 150+ world-class team that helps Incedo’s clients drive business outcomes through the adoption of ML and AI at enterprise scale. Prior to Incedo, she held Strategy and Consulting leadership roles at Mu Sigma & HCL Technologies. At Mu Sigma, Afrozy partnered with senior business stakeholders, setting a strategic vision, framing the business problem, supporting Bizops, and leading teams to provide analytics-based consultancy for Fortune 50 clients who are leaders in their respective industries. She worked across a range of problems like forecasting for staffing and financial planning, customer experience optimization through funnel analysis & personalization, and improving product performance through anomaly detection & mining customer reviews. Afrozy is also a Co-Founder and Advisor of Tiny Thinkers, a Digital Media company focused on creating amazing content for children. She believes that technology growth is a positive trend and digital experiences can be wonderful interactive mediums for learning and storytelling. Afrozy holds a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela. Her tech stack includes Big Data, Data Scientist, AI, and ML.
