Agil Lewis is a Cloud Solutions Consultant/Solutions Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently, he is working with Google as a Cloud Solutions Consultant/Solutions Engineer for SAP infrastructure in EMEA. In this role, he provides expertise in SAP implementation on Google Cloud and supports and resolves cases related to GCP Infra Products such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes, Identity and Access Management. Prior to joining Google, Agil worked with SAP as a Senior Support Engineer and SAP HANA Support Engineer. In his role as a Senior Support Engineer, Agil acted as a team lead for various max attention and new max attention services, both onsite and remote. He also delivered implementation, pre-assessments, and design review services for customers new to S/4 HANA, HANA 2.0, and other products (both SAP and non-SAP) running on HANA. He analyzed productive and non-productive systems for performance optimization and configuration changes. Additionally, Agil provided onsite and remote coaching for HANA 1.0 and HANA 2.0 by means of custom workshops and expert-guided implementation services. Agil also supported customers during the go-live both as proactive and reactive support for applications running on HANA (ECC, CRM, CAR, BW, PI, and so on). Agil has a Master's degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from St. Francis Institute of Technology, and a Junior College (Science) degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics from St. Xavier's College. He also completed his high school education from St. Ignatius High School, Mumbai. Agil's technical skills include infra, Kubernetes, GCP, test, Senior Software Engineer, qa, and Integration. With his extensive experience in cloud computing and SAP infrastructure, Agil is a valuable asset to any organization looking to enhance their cloud-based solutions.
