In her previous roles at TripActions, Agnieszka supervised all aspects of TripActions support, ensuring schedules were being followed, monitoring the incoming support channels, agent productivity, and allocating resources according to volume and service level targets. She was responsible for delivering GDS (Sabre) support to Travel Agents and was the first point of contact in the escalation process. Agnieszka also assisted clients and support team members as needed and effectively used her knowledge of the airline industry, working closely with 3rd party vendors that take part in their support ecosystem. Agnieszka holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Recreation from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Józefa Piłsudskiego w Warszawie, and has completed additional courses in Tourism from Instituto de Estudos Superiores de Fafe and Instituto Politécnico de Viseu.
