Currently working at Microsoft as a Software Engineer, Ahalya has previously worked at Ally.io, a B2B SaaS startup that provides a goal management solution. At Ally.io, Ahalya was responsible for embedding the solution in the daily workflow of users through rich Slack integration, as well as providing intelligent insights to identify and address goals that might be at risk. Ahalya has also worked at Oracle as an Associate Software Engineer, where she was involved in end-to-end development of features for OPERA Cloud, an enterprise platform for hotel operations and distribution based on cloud technologies. Ahalya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from PSG College of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University. Her tech stack includes expertise in software engineering, SQL, Java, integration, mobile and web development, and product management.
