Ahana Raghuvanshi is an experienced project manager and product developer with a background in technology and business. She has four years of professional work experience in leading cross-functional teams to build and scale technology solutions for businesses. Ahana has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing her MBA at Cornell University. Currently, Ahana is working as a Product Manager at Cayaba Care, where she is leading a team of five to design a product that solves challenges in the medical billing space. The product aims to offload work and save costs for healthcare providers through an intelligent software solution. Ahana's team was one of six teams chosen out of 80 to present at Cornell Tech Open Studio with an audience of 500 people, including Venture Capitalists and senior executives from NYC-based companies. Prior to her current role, Ahana worked as a Product Manager at HSBC, where she led cross-functional agile teams comprising developers, BI analysts, and architects to build private banking's data analytics and warehousing product. She was responsible for engaging global stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and release product features that solved the needs. Ahana is also a Global Shaper at the Pune Hub of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. She is exceptional in her potential, achievements, and drive to make a contribution to her communities. Ahana's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Shiv Nadar University and an MBA in Technology Leadership from Cornell University. She is also pursuing an MBA at Cornell Tech. Ahana's tech stack includes product management and software engineering. With her background in technology and business, she is looking forward to taking up product roles post-graduation that help her hone her skills and present an opportunity to put her vision into a product.
