Ahimanikya Satapathy is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in building high-quality products and leading creative, high-velocity, culturally diverse, geographically distributed global teams. He is currently the Managing Director and India Head of Aquera, where he is building a next-generation cloud-native integration platform with a focus on identity management. Ahimanikya is an inclusive leader who fosters innovation and believes in driving positive change, innovation, and leadership development. He has a broad understanding of SaaS and the technology stack required to build and deliver SaaS products for a global audience. He has also built profitable customer relationships through trust and negotiations and has experience in creating, marketing, and selling enterprise software products and services. Ahimanikya has a background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Integration, EAI, ETL, and MDM. He is a healthcare thought leader and has worked directly with US and Europe-based customers for CDI implementations. He has also built data integration and MDM product solutions for global customers. Apart from his professional expertise, Ahimanikya has also created various startup communities like Bootstrap Bangalore, Bangalore Alpha Lab, and BAL IoTLab, enabling aspiring entrepreneurs to build hardware startups from India and supporting the #MakeInIndia initiative. He is also helping farmers of India to enable a farm-to-table ecosystem. Ahimanikya holds a Post Graduate degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Information and Technology (IISIT) and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Utkal University. His technical expertise includes Senior Software Engineering, Integration, UI, ETL, QA, Product Management, NodeJS, AngularJS, Data Warehouse, Research Science, and Mobile.
