Ahmed Adel, also known as Tito, is a Senior Software Engineer at Zendesk with over 8 years of experience in the field of Android development. He is a co-founder and mentor at EGDroid, where he helps junior developers improve their skills and connects Android developers with each other. Ahmed has also worked with well-known startups in Egypt like Swvl, Eventtus, DigitalYards, and StarWallet Labs. As an active member of the Android community, Ahmed has held several talks and created open-source Android projects and libraries. He has mentored dozens of techies and helped them improve their Android development skills to reach seniority. Ahmed is also passionate about sharing knowledge and regularly creates events to share new Android development techniques and challenges. Currently, Ahmed is participating in the Zendesk Support team as a Senior Android Engineer. He is responsible for implementing new features and evaluating potential software solutions for the Support App. Ahmed also works closely with his colleagues in development and design to increase the reliability and stability of the Support App. Ahmed has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shorouk Academy. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, Android, and Dagger. With almost 10 years of relevant experience, Ahmed is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer.
