Ahmed Ali is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with a passion for creating innovative and high-quality products. As a full stack engineer, he has a balanced range of experience between front-end and back-end technologies, and he is driven by starting new projects from scratch and achieving engineering excellence in the products he ships. Currently, Ahmed is working as a Software Engineer at Amazon, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software systems that support the company's operations. Prior to this, he co-founded Almdrasa, where he gained valuable experience in building and scaling a startup. Ahmed's previous experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Meta, where he was responsible for designing and implementing page/scope selection changes to enable core tools required for creators on Meta Business Suite (MBS) with coordination and alignment of 2 core MBS teams. He also led a project to create a framework to change MBS layout and home cards to fit different kinds of audiences, and mentored a junior engineer for better design, execution, and code quality. Ahmed's educational background includes a Nanodegree in Front-End Web Development from Udacity, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Cairo University, and a Premaster of Science in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the same institution.
