Ahmed Hashem is a DEI certified talent acquisition professional with over 16 years of experience in developing and executing recruiting plans within both agency and in-house settings. Ahmed excels in managing all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and on-boarding. He is currently working as the Talent Acquisition Leader for Inclusive & Equitable Hiring at Roblox. Ahmed has an impressive track record of building DEI-centered recruiting tools and infrastructure. He was a founding member of the recruiting team at Lumanu, where he negotiated service contracts with LinkedIn to increase sourcing capabilities, job postings, and employer brand tools. He also trained all Lumanu hiring managers on sourcing and building custom searches using LinkedIn. Ahmed integrated and customized Greenhouse as the ATS to improve the candidates' and interviewers' experience.
