Ahmed Magdy is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer currently working at Valeo. With a passion for technology, Ahmed pursued Mechatronics engineering, which encompasses his favorite subjects: Mechanical, Electronic, and Software. He has developed a strong engineering sense by studying these integrated subjects together. Ahmed's love for software development was realized when he spent 20 hours developing different algorithms to make communication between two microcontrollers. His determination paid off when he discovered that changing the microcontroller cable made it work properly. This experience made him realize that software development is his best subject, and he set his sights on taking his skills to the next level. Ahmed's focus is on developing his skills rather than his GPA, and he has worked on several projects to enhance his software development skills. He has worked as an AUTOSAR developer at ASUSAR, an open-source implementation project launched by Ain Shams University. The project aims to standardize, abstract, and separate the application layer from the hardware layer, following the AUTOSAR methodology. Ahmed has also worked on integrating all AUTOSAR modules implementation and configuration tools to make a working application, including the seat heater application on more than one ECU. Ahmed's education background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Embedded systems for automotive from Ain Shams University. He has gained 2.19 years of relevant experience in software engineering and integration. Ahmed is passionate about his work as an embedded software developer and would work for free in this field. His experience and skills make him an asset to any team.
