Ahmet Yetgin is a seasoned Tech Lead with a passion for exploring and pushing the limits of technology. With over 20 years of experience in the Java ecosystem, Ahmet has a wealth of knowledge in Enterprise Architecture, Electronic Signatures, Certificates & PKI. He has also worked with a variety of programming languages including Basic on Commodore64, Machine Code on Z80, Assembly and Pascal on 8086, C on handy terminals, Kotlin and Go on servers, and Java on desktop, server, mobile, and cloud since 1998. Currently, Ahmet is a Tech Lead at n26, where he is developing Europe's first mobile bank using Kotlin, Java, microservices, and AWS with a focus on resilience, observability, and security. Prior to this, he worked at Siemens as a Software Engineer on the Mindsphere IoT Cloud Platform Project, where he also held the role of Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. He has also worked as a Software Development Manager at Tubitak. Ahmet holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Marmara Üniversitesi, where he graduated in 2001. He also holds a degree in Computer Hardware from Tuzla Anadolu Technical Highschool. Ahmet's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, AWS, Java, Mobile, Software Engineer, Microservices, Kotlin, Search, Spring Boot, Spring, and Infra. With over 21 years of relevant experience, Ahmet is a dedicated professional who is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and using his knowledge to drive innovation.
