Aike Fiedler is an experienced startup founder with over 9 years of experience in building and scaling a bootstrapped business. He has a deep understanding of business models and a wide skillset to create successful digital products and services. Aike is a strong communicator and leader who takes a team-oriented and collaborative approach to mentoring and leadership. Currently, Aike is a member of the EF SP22 Berlin Cohort and is building a software venture in the climate-tech space. Entrepreneur First, where Aike is a member, is the world’s leading talent investor, helping ambitious individuals find a co-founder and build a company. EF has built over 300 companies from scratch, with over 2500 alumni worldwide. Aike is backed by Greylock Partners, Founders Found, and Lakestar. Aike has previously worked as the Geschäftsführer of der weberhof, a family-run and operated guesthouse and vacation house. He focused on strategy and branding, where he concepted and implemented all marketing and brand activities. Aike built and launched a new website, integrated a digital booking system, defined social media and content strategy, and orchestrated SEO optimization and SEA marketing activities. He was also a Gesellschafter at Stickerstars. Aike's education includes a Master of Arts in Leadership in digitaler Innovation from Universität der Künste Berlin, a Certified UX Designer from CareerFoundry, and a B.A. in Unternehmensgründung und -nachfolge from Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin. With 3.60 years of relevant experience, Aike is building something new at EF and co-founding Stickerstars.
