Aimum Shrivastava is a highly skilled Software Engineer at Siemens with a passion for technology and a drive for perfection. With nearly five years of relevant experience, Aimum has a proven track record of excellence in troubleshooting and critical analysis. Aimum is well-versed in a variety of ALM and analytical tools, as well as industry processes, and has demonstrated abilities as a mentor and leader on various occasions. Currently working at Siemens, Aimum has worked on various ALM tools and reporting topics in the UTC team. Some of the highlights of Aimum's work include developing a new template for onboarding mobility-specific projects on JIRA, building a database by extracting data from JIRA and visualizing it on Grafana to have tactical and strategic dashboards, maintaining various reports to monitor, plan, and analyze the health of project iterations and the whole SDLC, and contributing to a project to build a web reporting solution through BIRT for live data of DMRC. Before joining Siemens, Aimum worked at KPIT as a Software Engineer, where he enforced ASPICE process on IBM Rational Tools with Jaguar Land Rover. Aimum's role involved working in Agile methodologies with a major part as requirement gathering, reporting on Jazz Reporting Service, configuration and customization of RTC, creating test plans, and testing development activities. Aimum has been awarded and recognized for his hard work and innovations, including developing a testing structure and implementing a testing strategy and a story points estimation tool that helped increase velocity and productivity. Aimum is also a Campus Ambassador of Entrepreneurship Cell at IIT Kharagpur, where he promotes entrepreneurship and helps students develop their entrepreneurial skills. Aimum holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from SRM University and completed his high school education from Maa Bharti Senior Secondary School and Krishna Public School. Aimum's tech stack includes software engineering, testing, SQL, and web development. Aimum aims to utilize his skills and expertise for the sustainable growth of organizations and society.
