She is also responsible for data management, Applicant Tracking System, employee retention strategy, and policy making. In her past roles, Aishwarya was also a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ladder Media, where she specialized in Leadership hiring, headhunting, hiring on different platforms, and hiring for business development managers (India & USA), project managers, executives, and sales team. She was also responsible for data management, Applicant Tracking System, employee retention strategy, and policy making. Aishwarya has a Bachelor of Arts degree from SDNB Vaishnav College, Chennai, a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from Madras Christian College, and a Science degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Manipal University, which she is expected to complete in 2023.
