Aishwarya Ganti is a Software Engineer with 5 years of experience in large scale full stack application development. She is currently working as a Software Engineer II at Akamai Technologies, the world's largest CDN company. Aishwarya is language agnostic when it comes to software development and strongly believes that languages and frameworks are just tools to solve a problem, they are not solutions by themselves. At Akamai Technologies, Aishwarya is responsible for developing high performing and high available Monitoring and Reporting systems using KPI metrics and dimensions to provide world-class insights for customers on Akamai products and services in Scaled Agile Framework. Prior to her current role, Aishwarya worked as a digital solutions developer for the customs application development team at GE Appliances, a Haier Company. She developed external-facing next-generation applications with state-of-the-art technologies and also developed a cloud-based solution for easy migration to the ERP platform. As a Graduate Engineering Trainee at GE Appliances, Aishwarya built machine learning use-cases and chatbots to give a better consumer-centric experience and worked on an image recognition solution for FirstBuild- India. Aishwarya holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (SASTRA), Thanjavur, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
