Aishwarya Gupta is a seasoned HR professional with over four years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Connector, she aims to understand the business requirements and build trust-driven relationships with internal and external stakeholders. She has a proven track record of attracting and hiring the right kind of talent, exceeding expectations by hiring top-quality talent. Aishwarya has worked as a recruiter for TCS Pune & Nagpur branch, where she managed end-to-end hiring processes for fresh graduates, experienced professionals (including leadership roles), and niche skill hiring for the region by collaborating with Business Unit heads. She also devised strategies to engage prospective candidates on campuses by leveraging social media platforms like in-house Campus Commune (writing blogs, conducting quizzes, etc). Aishwarya has also worked as an HR intern at Mahindra Finance, where she connected with the Business Units to understand the need and created JD accordingly, designed and managed the talent pipeline as per needs, handled end-to-end recruitment processes, worked on attrition analysis and provided solutions for the same, and assisted on exit formalities. Aishwarya is currently working as a Human Capital Manager at Fractal, where she continues to excel in her role as a Talent Connector.
