Aishwarya Gupta is an experienced ETL/Data Lead with expertise in Analytics & Strategy, Product Management, and SQL Server Training/Consultancy. With over 5 years of experience using Big Data technology to solve product problems in various sectors, she adheres to the Agile/Scrum approach. Aishwarya creates test cases and executes them by setting up data in dev and QC environment from PROD with the help of shell scripting, and follows AGILE and works on JIRA. Currently working as a Consultant at Deloitte, Aishwarya has coordinated End-to-End cross-functional data teams for US Government Medicaid projects, ensuring 100% on-time delivery by coaching the resources. As a firm initiative, she organized an ETL Virtual Training workshop for 200 people across Deloitte for 2 hours per day training for 5 days, which helped them cross-skill by providing them with content and practical exercises regularly. Prior to Deloitte, Aishwarya worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Wipro, where she self-taught Big-Data/Hadoop and delivered projects efficiently. She also implemented SQL Scripts for Big Data/Hadoop for data cleaning, data completeness, exception handling, historical load, full load, incremental load, and adhoc load in scenarios where client-side changes are required. She has also worked as a Quality Analyst at Accenture, where she was responsible for data analysis, UAT validations, features deployment on PROD servers, creating test cases, training documents, release documents, product roadmaps, and discussions with different stakeholders. Aishwarya holds a PG Diploma in Product Management from Pragmatic Leaders and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from NIT Silchar. She has a diverse tech stack that includes SQL, ETL, Product Management, Testing, Python, Big Data, Hadoop, Mobile, and SDET.
