Aishwarya Lakshminarasimhan is a Research Assistant at ALSET, currently working on "Achievements", an open source online platform that encourages students of all age groups to learn programming through a series of challenges. She has implemented user and admin analytics for "Achievements" using ReactJS (Redux, Redux-Saga), Firebase, and Google Cloud Functions, which has significantly reduced the man hours spent by teaching assistants to evaluate student feedback. She has also deployed solutions on the cloud using AWS (Lambdas, EC2, CloudFormation, API Gateway) and implemented a CI/CD pipeline using Travis CLI. Aishwarya has hosted the National Coding Championship (NCC) 2019, an event organized by NUS-ALSET for students to experience learning to code in a fun and engaging manner. Prior to working at ALSET, she worked as a Software Developer at Amadeus, where she was an active member of the Scrum team and worked on multiple projects simultaneously. She worked on an airline-specific development to display historized data and an internal monitoring tool using Java, Python, and AngularJS. She also worked as a maintenance roster, fixing live incidents and enhancing existing code using C++. Aishwarya has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from SRM University. Her tech stack includes Research Scientist, Redux, AWS, SQL, CI/CD, Frontend, Backend, Software Engineer, ui, ReactJS, Python, AngularJS, and Java.
