Aishwarya Radhakrishnan is a highly experienced Director of Agile Transformations with a strong background in SAFe Program Consulting. She is currently serving as the Executive Director of Agileforus, where she is responsible for driving transformational change across organizations using Agile methodologies. With over a decade of experience in the Agile space, Aishwarya has a proven track record of delivering successful transformations for her clients. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Director of Agile Transformations at Happy Agilism, where she led large-scale Agile transformations for several Fortune 500 companies. Aishwarya has also worked as a SAFe Scrum Master at PwC and an Agile Coach at Unique Hire Consulting LLP. In these roles, she was responsible for coaching teams on Agile methodologies and helping them to achieve their goals through effective collaboration and communication. Aishwarya holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor's degree from Arcot Sri Mahalakshmi Women's College of Education. She also completed her Higher Secondary Education at Little Flower Convent. With 0.26 years of relevant experience, Aishwarya is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Agile practitioner who is passionate about helping organizations to achieve their goals through Agile methodologies.
