Aishwarya Varshney is a passionate and driven individual who is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at MDI Gurgaon. She is a dedicated and lifelong humanitarian who strives to create cultures in which people can thrive. Aishwarya has been recognized by InsideIIM as India's Most Promising Incoming MBA Student in 2021. Aishwarya was introduced to the world of Human Resource Management during her stint as a software developer at Indiamart. She worked as a Human Resource Intern at Grandeur Space Solutions, where she gained foundational learning about the role and importance of a strong Human Resource Department in furthering organizational goals by ensuring employee development and satisfaction. During the onset of the pandemic in 2020, Aishwarya volunteered at an NGO focusing on underprivileged children, where she helped people in need through food and clothes distribution while encouraging others to do the same. She has also worked as a Probationary Officer at SBI, which significantly broadened her horizons in banking and financial services. Aishwarya is a highly creative, hard-working, resourceful, and collaborative individual who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach while never trying to impose her ideas on others. She loves working with people from a wide range of disciplines and building new relationships. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading novels, listening to music, playing chess, or gardening when she is not working on HR business problems. Aishwarya has worked as a Human Resources Intern at EY and Kellogg's, where she worked on designing and developing L&D modules for a leading logistics organization and promoting and supporting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the workplace, respectively. She is currently interning in the Talent and Organization function of Accenture Strategy and Consulting - Capability Network. Aishwarya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from MDI Gurgaon. She is a Software Engineer with 2.02 years of relevant experience.
