Aishwarya Verma is a seasoned business developer and marketing professional with over 12 years of relevant experience. She completed her Chemical Engineering and started her career in the pharmaceuticals industry. She managed various responsibilities in the manufacturing and operations domains before transitioning to sales and marketing, where she gained experience in capturing new markets and launching products in newer belts of India. Aishwarya's experience in the paints industry helped her understand customer relationships at a professional level. She also learned how to develop and maintain client relationships, gauge the market better, and increase clientele. Currently, she is exploring newer things and wants to utilize her experience and learning to create and develop a newer version of herself. Aishwarya is currently working at AkzoNobel Coatings as a Marketing, Marine & Protective Coatings professional. Her role involves handling activities that revolve around customer relationship management, designing point-of-sale materials, enhancing methodologies to promote the market and product, and conducting and organizing events and conferences across India. She is also responsible for competitor analysis. Before joining AkzoNobel Coatings, Aishwarya worked at Elpelabs as a Business Development Manager. She initiated a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for livestock, where she targeted prospects, conducted competitor studies, and focused on pricing aspects. She also implemented account-based marketing for the poultry industry, product-based marketing of Fry-Safe & Vitamin Premixes, and developed distribution channels through channel marketing efforts. She headed the team during exhibitions at national and international levels. Aishwarya's education includes an MBA from Christ University Institute of Management, where she studied marketing. She also holds a 12th standard degree from Shri Bhagwaan Mahaveer Jain College and completed her schooling at National Public School.
