Aitijya Sarkar is a Copy & Creative Lead at three B2B Growth Marketing Agencies and a former founder. She has tried to solve mental health issues through free volunteer-run talk therapy and is a copywriter with over 25 million views. Aitijya is on a mission to speak to 100 people in tech and growth by December 2022. Her core values include intellect, empathy, kindness, radical acceptance, ambition, freedom, and choice. After struggling with mental illness and suicidal ideation, Aitijya started a mental health non-profit while in law school. Over 3-4 years, the non-profit delivered 1-1 peer support to 22K people in real-time, for free, and she led a team of 70 volunteers. Her work on mental health and writing on the internet has allowed her to be featured, quoted, and mentioned in various publications. Aitijya has worked on copy for growth, driving top of funnel for 15-20 startups and founders. She has over 30 million organic views and 600-800K engagements over her lifetime. Realizing that she had nothing else to learn along the B2B growth stack, she decided to quit her roles and self-teach herself to code. She is currently learning HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Aitijya believes that we are in the middle of a new global order, in which the old rules of capitalism will be rewritten. She is on a mission to meet for a coffee chat with 100 people by December 2022 to rewrite these rules together. She is interested in growth, community, tech, deep tech, SDE’s, PMs, crypto, and Web3. Aitijya loves to read, particularly on tech, psychology, behavioral design, startups, democracy, economics, and what the future could look like. She believes that a life worth living is one where you relentlessly chase meaning and allow it to drive you. She is looking to meet people who share the same values while she decides what’s next for her.
