Aiyappa M M is an experienced and self-motivated Technical Recruiter with more than a decade of industry experience working in companies such as Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, and Kelly Services. Currently working as a Recruiter - Tech Staffing at Google, he is involved in hiring Software Engineers (Individual Contributors) for Google Cloud in India at level 6 and 7. He sources candidates through social media and multiple job portals/professional job sites, effectively building and managing a pipeline of candidates for SWE roles.
