Aiyush Dhar is an accomplished Engineering Manager 2 at Fyle, with a passion for software engineering and a love for computer science. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Aiyush has worked in deep backend and frontend development, set up architecture for multiple applications, acted as a recruiter for his company, mentored multiple people, and led a team of highly talented and diverse individuals. Aiyush's journey into computer science started at an early age, where he began programming and building small computer games. However, it was during college when he tried creating his own game engine that he fell in love with computer science. This experience taught him most of what he knows today, including creating pseudo intelligence, optimizing game loops, and applying a variety of design patterns. After getting placed into one of the top MNCs in his college placements, Aiyush left to join the Startup Ecosystem in India. His aim was to witness the fascinating world of Indian startups and become a part of it. Four years down the line, he is now in the frontlines of one of the best SAAS Startups in India, Fyle.
