Ajay Prakash Kushwaha is a highly experienced Manager at REC Limited with a professional background in electrical maintenance work in the fertilizer industry and electrical project management in non-banking finance companies. He has also worked on flagship village electrification programs such as RGGVY and DDUGJY under the Government of India. With a specialization in electrical machines, control systems, power systems, and non-renewable energy systems, Ajay is a skilled professional with a deep understanding of the electrical industry. Currently, Ajay holds the position of Manager at REC Limited, where he is responsible for the development of REC's business in the state of Uttar Pradesh. He is involved in the sanction of new projects to power generation, transmission, and distribution utilities of UP for debt financing by REC. Additionally, he is responsible for project monitoring, fund disbursement, and closure. Ajay is also the Nodal Officer for IT, Urja Mitra, and 11 KV feeder monitoring schemes of the Government of India in UP. Prior to his current role, Ajay worked as a Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager at REC Limited. In these roles, he was responsible for the appraisal, claim processing, and monitoring of generation, transmission, and distribution projects of Uttar Pradesh for debt financing by REC. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Srinagar, a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from IGNOU, and a PGDHR from the Indian Institute of Human Rights, New Delhi. He also has a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. With 4.71 years of relevant experience, Ajay is a skilled professional with a strong track record of success in the electrical industry.
