Ajay Dodani is a multi-tasking professional with over 7 years of experience in various roles. Currently, he is working at Ekta Industries as a multi-tasking employee where he started with office work, including bills and quotation making, sending them via mail and WhatsApp, and printing them. He is responsible for solving customer queries and forwarding complex situations to higher authorities. Ajay also picks up clients from their arrival place and takes them to the machine manufacturing plant, where he explains the technical details of the machines. He has also learned how to operate several new machines, including CNC Wire Cut Machine, Manual Wire Cut Machine, EDM pulse generator, and Lesar print Machine. Prior to his current role, Ajay worked as a Manager at Golden Omega, where he went to Luanda, Angola, as a pharmacy manager. He worked with local Angolan people and managed them. He also learned a little Portuguese, which was their local language. He also worked as a Sales Executive and CRM at Shivam Apparels, where he managed stock and sales and kept an account of daily sales and materials. Ajay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Saurashtra University, completed in 2017. He majored in IT and gained relevant skills that helped him in his professional career.
