Very often skill-assessments are used as post-mortem tools, that result in labelling people – as incompetent, mediocre, or proficient - vis-à-vis a particular competency.

At SkillTally, we go beyond post-mortems or labels and embed microlearning opportunities, in every skill-assessment.
