Ajay Jain is an accomplished IT Engagement Director with over 23 years of experience in digital strategy management, SAP ERP service delivery, and project management. He began his career in 2000 as a DBA in the financial domain, working with technologies such as NCS, PL/SQL, Sybase, DB2-Unix, Oracle, and Shell-Scripting. He worked with TCS for a while before joining Accenture in 2003, where he got the opportunity to work as an SAP-Basis consultant. Ajay's core technical Basis resource skills were honed at Accenture, where he worked until 2010. During his time there, he worked on multiple projects across different SAP components for world-leading chemical and mining customers. He also traveled to the USA and Singapore for new RFPs and transitions work. In 2015, Ajay joined HCL America Inc. as a Service Delivery Manager for a large RCPG customer. At HCL, Ajay has contributed to pre-sales for multiple RFPs for new business opportunities. He introduced RPA for the first time in SAP business process/technical monitoring automation and managed AMS/AD/transformation projects for teams comprising of SAP and non-SAP technologies out of Plano, Texas location. Currently, he is the General Manager at HCL. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Jorhat Engineering College, where he studied from 1995 to 1999. He also holds an AISSCE degree in Science from Army School Narengi, where he studied from 1990 to 1995. Ajay's tech stack includes SQL, and he has relevant experience of over 23.54 years.
