Ajay Kulkarni is a seasoned IT professional with over 11 years of experience in various roles and responsibilities. He has been involved in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, implementation, and roll-outs of multiple SAP Solutions/Products. Ajay has extensive experience in SAP Program Management, leading, managing, and mentoring development teams in near shore and offshore development models. He is proficient in SAP logistics and supply chain processes with a technical background in ABAP, UI5/Fiori, HANA(SQL), and L coding. Throughout his career, Ajay has been involved in several different roles such as Engineering Manager, Technical Architect, Tech Lead, Product Developer, Subject Matter Expert, Scrum master, and Techno-Functional consultant during end-to-end implementation and roll-outs of SAP Products. Currently, Ajay works as the Chief Expert at Bosch, where he is responsible for the S/4HANA design & development principles, governance, software life cycle management, and cooperation within the development units. He is also responsible for the creation, management, and implementation of guidelines to ensure the consistent and parallel development of S/4HANA templates for the Bosch business units. Prior to Bosch, Ajay worked at SAP as a Senior Developer, where he product engineered the SAP S/4HANA cloud and on-premise product. He also innovated, designed, developed, tested, and deployed features to the SAP S/4HANA product. Ajay streamlined processes for the SAP Digital Supply Chain in Manufacturing, Produce Area, and supported customers' transition to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud and On-Prem environment from ECC and ERP solutions. Ajay has also worked at Adidas as a Platform Engineer, where he provided technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of SAP solutions. He was responsible for technical governance and architecture of SAP on-premise and cloud landscapes and defined the technical guidelines across Adidas and enforced them. Ajay holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from BITS and a Bachelor of Technology in Mining from NIT Surathkal. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, SQL, Software Engineer, test, product designer, and Integration.
