Ajay Kumar is a Senior Lead Engineer at Qualcomm, with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field of electronics and communication. He is passionate about exploring the universe beyond his reach and knowledge and providing a better world for every individual beyond borders and boundaries using the latest technology and innovative ideas. Ajay has a strong technical background in programming languages such as C, Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL, Shell script, Python, and Assembly. He is proficient in protocols such as MESI, DLNA, UPnP, TCP, UDP, RTP, SCTP, IEEE802.11, and IEEE802.15. He has worked on platforms such as Linux, Android, RTOS, FreeRTOS, and QNX. Ajay has extensive experience in developing Linux device drivers, including audio drivers, USB drivers, network drivers, input drivers, Ethernet, I2C, and SPI drivers. He has worked with hardware such as Qualcomm Chipset, Intel based chipset, Beagle board - xm, Marvell 88mc200, Rasberry pi, LPC 4330, and x86. He is proficient in using debugging tools such as JTAG, Trace32, ADB, and GDB. He has also worked with various tools such as Spectre, iverilog, LTSpice, Systrace, ftrace, and GNU ARM Tool Chain. In his current role at Qualcomm, Ajay is a part of the System Architecture Group, where he is responsible for developing and implementing new technologies and solutions. Prior to this, he has worked as a Senior Engineer at Qualcomm and as an Embedded Software Developer at Global Edge Software, where he worked on Linux device drivers, Android framework and device drivers, and RTOS drivers. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University and a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Integrated Circuits and Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is a Senior Software Engineer and is proficient in Android, Python, and Software Engineering.
