Ajay Mittur is a talented Software Engineer with experience in developing and deploying complex software solutions. Currently working at Walmart, Ajay has previously worked at Honeywell and Samsung, where he has gained extensive experience in software engineering, research and development, and machine learning. At Honeywell, Ajay worked with the SRE team to develop a one-stop platform for SRE teams using Django and React.js. He also developed a feature to export and email RCAs to the stakeholders, integrated Celery with Django to handle asynchronous tasks using Redis as the message broker, and optimized and deployed the Celery worker, configuring Horizontal Pod Autoscalers to the Openshift cluster built on top of Kubernetes. Ajay also added Azure AD authentication to the frontend using MSAL and worked on programmatically scheduling MS Teams meetings on creation of an SLA using Graph API. At Samsung, Ajay worked on developing a smart Wi-Fi solution that uses machine learning, time series analysis, and a mesh network Raspberry Pi access points to create a virtual 2D map that indicates the different Wi-Fi zones in the area and proactively identifies the same to the user. For his successful completion of the project, he was awarded the 'Certificate of Excellence.' Ajay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from B.M.S. College of Engineering, where he is expected to graduate in 2022. He also holds a high school degree in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya and a Class 10 certificate with a 10 CGPA from Global Indian International School, Queenstown, Singapore.
