Ajay Nema is an experienced and passionate engineering leader and tech gig with hands-on experience, working with multiple successful global products with Radisys, Jio, Citrix, ADVA, iPolicy, and his own startup. With over 27 years of relevant experience, he is mostly focused on building, architecting, and designing products on new ideas, large-scale systems, high-performing applications, and customer-centric successful products and businesses. He has had an exciting and successful journey building deep tech products with three startups that got acquired. His passion lies in building customer-centric products from ideas and simplifying complex problems. Ajay has expertise in low/no-code system architecture, design, development, and end-to-end delivery. He has designed and managed SaaS B2C and B2B and B2B->B2C products and businesses, built globally distributed teams, and delivered products bootstrapping, managing growth, and scale. He has experience in developing solutions with a partnership ecosystem, setting up a DevOps system, and AI-enabled system architecture, design, development, and end-to-end delivery. He is also skilled in validating product ideas and identifying suitable technology matrices for products, setting up good practices for development, test, and deployment for solutions, building and mentoring technology teams, and designing various large Telco and Enterprise Products and Solutions with multidisciplinary organizations. Ajay loves coding and has hands-on contribution and knowledge of various AI/ML/DL, Cloud, Microservices, Networking, and other technologies. He has experience in various technologies and domains like Networking, Telcom, Enterprise, and SaaS apps, Analytics, platforms (Automation, SDN, IoT, M2M), big data, etc. He has also experienced the growth of the organization from 20 members to 3000+ and acquisitions and post-acquisition handling. Currently, Ajay is working as a Technology Leader & Engineering Head at Radisys + Jio, where he is leading multiple global telecom products and open networking initiatives for cloud-native microservice-based open networking telecom products. He is working with global 10+ Tier-1 customers to understand their vision, roadmap, and designing next-generation solutions and products with open telecom in 5G and broadband. He is still managing the software development team in JIO developing multi-vendor, multiple applications (SDPON, SDWAN, L2-L3 Switches, etc.) management software for the programmable network and SD
