Ajay Parihar is a highly experienced Director with over 19 years of experience in simulation adoption strategies, business management, and digitalization. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and is currently serving as the Technical Director at Fluid Codes, an Ansys Elite Channel Partner. Ajay has a keen interest in democratizing engineering simulation across the product development life cycle and improving customer management processes to enhance customer loyalty. He is also proficient in lean project management, people management, digital transformation, predictive maintenance, corporate strategy, turnaround, change management, project finance, and asset rationalization. In his current role, Ajay provides strategic direction to Fluid Codes to improve its processes, increase simulation footprints in the Middle East and Eastern European region, and help customers reduce costs by adopting simulation as part of their digitalization initiatives. He leads a team of over 20 highly qualified professionals with Master's and Ph.D. degrees and is accountable for talent retention. He also defines and implements business strategies to create a sustainable competitive advantage and plans new market entry strategies. Prior to his current role, Ajay served as the Sr. Technical Manager at Fluid Codes, where he headed the technical business for the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe region. He was responsible for a team of 20+ highly qualified engineers performing consulting projects, technical support, and training on ANSYS engineering simulation products. Ajay also played a mentor and coach role to enable the team to perform pre-sales and technical trainings on Ansys products as well as on applications such as complex multiphase flows, integration of User Defined Functions (UDF) in CFD simulation, Digital Twin implementation for predictive maintenance & process optimization. Ajay holds an Executive MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & Sydney, an M.Tech in Thermal and Fluid Engineering from IIT Bombay, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Hamirpur. He is proficient in Integration and has relevant experience of 19.27 years.
