Ajay Pradhan is a seasoned Tech Lead with over 9 years of experience in product and service-based industries. He has a strong background in full-stack development, including proficiency in React, NodeJS, Angular, Python, PHP, and DevOps. Ajay has worked across a variety of sectors, including FinTech, Banking, Ecommerce, Healthcare, and IT Services. Ajay began his career in 2014 as a Software Engineer at Thyrocare Technologies Private Limited, where he developed end-to-end web and hybrid mobile applications using technologies such as ASP.NET, Javascript, and Angular. He then worked as a Full Stack Developer at Rorko Technologies Private Limited, where he gained experience with Node.JS, Angular, and Laravel. Ajay's next role was as a Senior Software Engineer at Apya Capital, where he worked on a new product project called Fincity. Here, he gained valuable insights into the finance industry and developed knowledge of many financial-based products in banking and mortgage loan sectors. Currently, Ajay is a Senior Frontend Developer at Crediwatch and also works as an independent freelance developer. He is well-versed in various tools like Git, Mercurial, Apache, Nginx, and platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Krupajal Engineering College, Bhubaneswar. He also completed his Intermediate education in Science from R. K. Talreja College of Arts, Commerce, and Science, Ulhasnagar, and his Matriculation from Army School, Mumbai.
