Ajay Sivan is a skilled React/React Native Frontend Engineer with over three years of experience in Web and Mobile Development. He has a passion for building functional and beautiful products and is always eager to learn new things. Ajay has helped companies bring ideas from design to functional products that reached millions of users. As an open source contributor, Ajay has built features for a web3 react native product called Status, an app with over a million users. He has also built React & React Native component libraries using Storybook and Styled Components, which made feature development faster. As a Lead React Native developer, he helped design a fitness app using Figma and built it from scratch to production that reached thousands of users. Ajay has also worked as an Engineering Manager, where he helped interview and hire 15+ React Native Engineers. He is currently working as a freelance Frontend Engineer and has worked on a React Native video streaming app for Hoyt & Mantis. He has also made several features, bug fixes, and improvements to the DeepIQ Data Studio app - A data analytics and visualization platform. Additionally, Ajay is still contributing to the Status open source project. Ajay holds a Dual Degree Master of Computer Application from Sree Narayana Guru Institute of Science and Technology and completed his Plus Two from Government Higher Secondary School Mookkannoor. He also attended Holy Family High School Thabore and Holy Family Up School Thabore for his SSLC and 7th Standard, respectively.
