Ajay Srinivasan is a Senior Technical Lead at FYERS with almost 2 years of experience working in both front-end and full-stack job positions. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Rrit and a Nanodegree in Full Stack developer from Udacity. Ajay began his career as a frontend developer in an awesome startup after teaching himself frontend development through online courses and Youtube videos. He expanded his skills and started coding server-side languages in no time, which only fueled his interest in coding. He did an internship for 2 months, and a few months later he got hired as a frontend developer. Ajay is incredibly passionate about learning new things and constantly pursues online courses related to programming, psychology, and history. He has continued his online education by enrolling in Udacity's Full Stack Nanodegree program. As a Technical Lead at FYERS, Ajay is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the code quality and performance. He has worked with a variety of technologies, including Python, Golang, and Frontend development. Ajay also has experience working with StrideAI and Vibrant Work App, where he was responsible for building the entire web version of the app, researching different technologies to identify tools/frameworks/libraries best suited for the project, and troubleshooting complex real-time problems.
