Ajay Suwalka is a Product Operations Associate at Wheelocity with over 3.69 years of relevant experience. He is a highly analytical and conceptual thinker with a strong first-principled approach to problem-solving. Ajay is also a compassionate mediator who is growth-oriented and always looking for new challenges. Outside of work, Ajay has a wide range of active interests including psychology, travel, origami, mathematics, card-magic, hiking, and adventure. He is deeply committed to mental health and early childhood education causes. Prior to his current role, Ajay worked at Weekday as a Product, Strategy & Operations specialist. He also founded ThePersCo - The Perspective Company, a mental wellness solution focused on human mental growth. At ThePersCo, Ajay designed a vector framework to understand the growth trajectory of the human mindset. He also created a program for participants to explore their inner selves deeply and idealize a path towards their desired future state. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, which he completed in 2019.
