At Vodafone, he served as Manager - Recruitment and was responsible for heading recruitment for Vodafone shared services business (Gujarat & Rajasthan circles), manpower planning, sourcing strategy, and vendor management. Ajay holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Delhi University and an MBA in HR & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
