Ajaya Jena is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. With over 6.95 years of relevant experience, he is skilled in application development, data structures & algorithms, design patterns, parallel/distributed computing, and computational modeling. He is proficient in C/C++ and has intermediate knowledge in Python. Currently, Ajaya works with the Meshing Development Unit at Ansys to build new capabilities for their meshing applications. Before joining Ansys, he worked at TCS Research, where he developed software to solve engineering simulation problems. Prior to that, he worked with PriceWaterHouseCoopers as a technical consultant, where he developed workflows in SAP BW/BO for the business intelligence team. Ajaya holds a Masters degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore focused in computational engineering, and a B-tech from IIT Kharagpur in Materials Engineering. He has also worked with Tata Research Development and Design Centre (TRDDC) as a Developer and as a Technical Consultant with PwC, where he was responsible for SAP BW and BO consulting. With a strong tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Python, C, Research Scientist, and Search, Ajaya is a valuable asset to any team he works with. He is a quick learner and has a passion for solving complex problems.
