Ajayson Sunny is the CEO and founder of Hortari Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company that aims to change the way employees are hired by creating an open platform for companies to find and train their future potential hires. With over 7 years of experience in the field of product management, Ajayson is a creative and driven individual who believes that innovation is the art of visualizing the need and designing the required logical path to the solution. Ajayson loves to design products that make people's lives easier and enable them to grow beyond what they imagine. He believes in creating products that enable the growth of each individual by raising their hidden threshold line, which in turn will trigger the existence of a much better world. Ajayson is a community of learners with goals in their professional life, and he wants to reimagine the ideal way of a career that works on two pillars of opportunity and skill, with a single strong foundation of passion. Ajayson has worked as a product manager at Tally, where he played key roles in the development of Tally ERP 9 Rel 7.0, Tally for GST, Tally Cloud, and the very first Tally Mobile App. He has also worked as a product specialist at Root3, where he was responsible for business operations, product management, and GTM strategy. He successfully launched their flagship product, HandMe, within six months with a 98% customer conversion rate. Ajayson holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Federal Institute of Science and Technology. He believes in being cross-functional and translating product across all departments, having insights on human psychology, listening well and doing trade-offs, being a dictator and peacemaker when needed, and looking at business and market forecasts to measure and improve products. He encourages everyone to identify and smile at the core problem, think big and make roadmaps, prioritize, talk to users, evangelize, and say no if needed.
