Ajeya Motaganahalli is a highly experienced Managing Director with a passion for deep tech, building scalable products and solutions, and startups. Currently, he holds the position of Managing Director, India R&D, at Pure Storage, where he is building a world-class team and an empowering culture that enables a modern data experience. He is committed to empowering organizations to run their operations as a true, automated, storage-as-a-service model seamlessly across multiple clouds. With over 20 years of relevant experience, Ajeya has held several leadership positions in his career. Prior to joining Pure Storage, he served as the Head of Honeywell SPS India at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where he delivered world-class enterprise solutions for global and high-growth markets. He led large global engineering teams to deliver best-in-class scalable solutions in IoT, Healthcare, Global Tracking, Warehouse automation, and Wireless technologies. Previously, Ajeya worked at NetApp, where he held the position of Sr. Director - Engineering and also led the Global release engineering function for NetApp's manageability product suite. He headed strategy and business operations and was the Leader of NetApp Startup Accelerator. Ajeya holds an Executive Program in Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a B.Tech degree from Bangalore University. He is a visionary leader who is passionate about driving innovation and building high-performing teams.
