Ajinkya Bokade is a highly motivated and skilled software engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIT Hyderabad and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of California San Diego. He is actively looking for a Software Engineer Internship for Summer 2023. Ajinkya has over 1.36 years of experience as an Associate Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, where he was part of the Scheduler Team. His responsibilities included designing and developing an extensible Salesforce Scheduler record-sharing backend service, building a new scheduler flow, and improving the shift creation process by 300%. He also worked closely with the PM for the design and documentation of the prescriptive scheduler data setup for the Automotive cloud use case. His tech stack includes Java, Javascript, Spring, Aura framework, and Apex. As a Summer Engineering Intern at Salesforce, Ajinkya developed a dataset generation utility that reduced the manual effort involved in annotation of various objects in images and made the process 630 times more efficient. He also utilized various image augmentation strategies and techniques from ImgAug, Augmentor libraries, and incorporated memory profiling, time profiling, logging, and configuration management. His tech stack for this project included Python, OpenCV, ImgAug, and Augmentor. Ajinkya has also worked as a Teaching Assistant for courses Introduction to Data Structures, Algorithms, and Introduction to AI at IITH.
