Ajinkya Domale is an accomplished professional with over 6 years of experience in the software engineering, marketing, and business development domains. He is currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager for Birla Paints, a subsidiary of the Aditya Birla Group. Ajinkya pursued his MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, after completing his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune. He started his career as a software engineer at Harman International, the world's largest audio manufacturer, and later transitioned to marketing and business development roles at Grasim Industries, where he served as an Assistant General Manager and Manager. Before joining IIM Bangalore, Ajinkya founded EmbedGallery Electronics Services LLP, a startup that specialized in developing electronic devices for farmers to remotely control and monitor water pumps in their fields. During his summer internship at IDG Ventures India, Ajinkya helped identify promising startups for IDG's investment portfolio and assisted portfolio startups in their growth. Ajinkya's diverse experience has given him a unique perspective and a set of skills that enable him to excel in customer experience management.
