Ajinkya Kshirsagar is a seasoned full-stack engineer with over 8 years of experience building products that solve real-world problems and create tangible value. He has a passion for working on web, mobile, and server-side platforms at internet scale. Ajinkya has a proven track record of building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high technical standards. Currently, he is working as a Tech Lead at Good Mind Pvt Ltd. In his role, Ajinkya is responsible for leading the technical team and ensuring that the products are built to the highest standards. Prior to this, he was the Director of Engineering at Fintheon Private Limited, where he built an ML-powered platform that deploys advanced tools to track key metrics of business performance and predicts future cash flows. Ajinkya is also a Co-Founder of Lastbyte Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he helped build the company from the ground up and was responsible for the development of web and mobile applications. Ajinkya has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from MIT College of Engineering. He also holds a diploma from Swami Vivekanand Junior College. Ajinkya's technical expertise includes Senior Software Engineering, Mobile, Web, and ML.
