Ajit Ratan Singh is a highly experienced and skilled product management and engineering leader with over 18 years of experience. He has built SaaS products in the field of Enterprise Performance Management / Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) & financial application design. He is currently working as the Director of Product Management at HighRadius. Ajit has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, team coordination, and management skills. He is proficient in business/financial modeling using Excel, SQL, Data Modeling, Power BI (DAX) / Tableau, python / R, Knime data workflow. He is a founding member of HostAnalytics (now Planful), a leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) platform for Continuous Planning. Ajit is a lead, mentor, trainer, and recruiter of high-performing product and development teams. He has led the design and development of complex business model data/rule processing and analytics platform, including data sourcing via connectors, schema design, validation, transformation, Excel-like calculation automation, modeling, analysis, reporting, and visualization, prediction. Ajit has practiced Agile (Scrum) software development framework for product development to deliver on commitments and on time. He has worked in various companies such as Dovonto Software Pvt Ltd. and Gainsight, where he held the positions of Founder, Technical Product Manager and Technical Product Manager, respectively. Ajit holds a CFA degree in Investments and Finance from icfai, a BE degree in Production Engineering from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering Mumbai University, and an HSC degree in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology from Ramnivas Ruia Junior College (Mumbai Board), and an SSC degree in Languages, Science, Maths & Others from Shri Gauridutt Mittal Vidyalaya (Mumbai Board). Ajit is proficient in product management, SQL, Python, and software engineering. He has a relevant experience of 24.62 years in the industry.
