Ajit Singh is an experienced entrepreneur and technocrat with over 22 years of experience in the industry. He has founded a services company based in India and a SaaS product company based in Canada. As an organizational leader, he has spearheaded strategy, planning, quality control, operational optimization, and efficiency activities. Ajit has a strong focus on talent improvement and retention, achieved through building the right culture, effective processes, skill development, and knowledge management. Ajit has a good understanding of sales and marketing functions for both B2B and B2C/D2C markets. He has worked on setting up CRM systems to integrate sales and marketing funnels, building customer persona profiles, SEO, and lead generation. He has also worked on marketing and sales strategy and planning, factoring in various product/business lifecycle stages to have a positive impact on the top and bottom line. Ajit has expertise in product management/strategy/positioning, GTM, and bringing synergy and synchronization between product function with sales and marketing. He has managed suppliers, vendors, and clients through effective use of contract and procurement management, SLA, and MSA. He has worked on building an e-commerce system with recommendation engine and sentiment analysis features. He has a strong understanding of supply chain functions like warehousing, inventory management, logistics, packing, shipping, and order management. Ajit has strong knowledge of pre-sales (RFI and RFQ and RFPs), post-sales, customer support, and IT support. He has worked on Indian government tenders and RFP processes and made it reach the top 10 bidders. He has held CXO roles with managing P&L, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and has built a few Outsourced Development Centers (ODCs) from scratch. Ajit has decades of experience in traditional and agile project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies. He has a sound technical knowledge of cloud/PaaS/IaaS (Azure and AWS), machine/deep learning, augmented reality, and enterprise architecture and design, devops, and QA processes. Currently, he is the Co-founder and CTO of Praxia, where he is leading the company's technical vision and strategy.
