Ajitkumar Kadam is an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in testing and quality assurance. He is currently working as an Assistant Vice President at Citi Corp Services, where he is responsible for working on the Order Management system, which provides end-to-end connectivity with exchanges. Ajitkumar has a strong understanding of QA methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle. He has extensive experience in testing electronic trading applications for buy-side and sell-side order management systems, fix connectivity, market data (multicast) connections, pre-trade risk, and algo testing. He has worked on various financial industry-leading products such as Order Management System, FIX engine, Order management system direct, Consolidated Ticker Plant (CTP), DMA, and VOV. Ajitkumar is well-versed with testing techniques, requirement analysis, estimation, test plan, scheduling, release tracking, test environment setup, review of testing documents, test execution, test results analysis, defect management, risk management, and quality management. He has worked with different FIX simulators to perform FIX testing and algo testing, and has working knowledge of TradeTest, VeriFix, MiniFix, and QuickFIx. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Software Engineering from HIT COE Aurangabad India and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Dhole Patil College of Engineering.
