Akanksha has held leadership positions in several renowned companies, including Amazon, Robinhood, and Microsoft. She is a Software Engineering Manager of Audible Shopping Experience team at Amazon, where she owns experiences around promotions and pricing that help provide customers incentives to make a buying decision sooner rather than later. She manages a full-stack team owning frontend to backend and has strong skills in leadership, agile development, problem-solving, and interview coaching skills. Akanksha is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Frontend, Backend, and dotNET. She loves coding, especially automation, and is always ready to have a quick chat about coding, career, or life. Akanksha is also an author, mentor, and speaker, and she has conducted several interviews at Audible/Amazon. She is also an Amazon Bar Raiser, which means she has a deep understanding of Amazon's leadership principles and is responsible for ensuring that the company hires only the best candidates.
