Akanksha Phillipowsky is a highly skilled content marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Currently working at NextLeap, she is focused on solving the problem of professionals who are unable to complete online learning programs or apply them in their day-to-day work. Akanksha has played various content strategy, acquisition, and curation roles across categories such as fashion, beauty, home, gadgets, food, travel, and tourism since 2014. At Flipkart, Akanksha joined the team managing end-to-end content responsibilities for Flipkart Ideas, a video-first content-led commerce platform aimed at improving product discovery and engaging customers with content across multiple categories. She went on to build and lead the team, defining content strategy, selecting and onboarding content creators, acquiring content, setting QC guidelines, and ensuring that all published content adheres to them. She also led content planning, production, acquisition, and merchandising for the fashion category, conceptualizing and developing category, brand, and thematic stores. Akanksha holds a Master's degree in Fashion Management from NIFT and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and Technology from Amity University. She is skilled in search and has a passion for creating multimedia content that is relatable and sticks, delivering value to the audience. Outside of work, family, and home, Akanksha enjoys painting, pottery, flower design, and DIY art.
