Akansha Kaushik is a Technical Project Manager with a passion for writing codes and developing software to solve practical problems. With over 3 years of relevant experience, she has worked with clients, competency managers, testing teams, operations, and other development teams to meet delivery requirements and components that meet client needs concerning functionality, performance, scalability, and realistic implementation schedules. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Infosys, Akansha implements design, development, validation, and support activities in line with architecture requirements. She also manages activities and interfaces with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables within the guidelines. Akansha has also worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Google, where she conducted data analysis to make business or product recommendations. She also developed and automated reports and iteratively built and prototyped dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs. As a Lead Data Scientist at iSmile Technologies, Akansha designed data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and performed custom analysis. She identified valuable data sources and automated collection processes, analyzed large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns, built predictive models and machine-learning algorithms, and combined models through ensemble modeling. Akansha holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from ITM University, Gwalior, and a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from the same university. She also has a background in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English from Jai Academy and completed her high school education from Jacob High School, Jhansi. Akansha's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Data Science, Research Science, and Python. She is a Certified CSM and has effectively managed multiple orders to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. She has also guided subordinates on company goals and policy and looked after post-sale client relationships. Akansha monitors staff to ensure the prompt resolution of all client queries and creates and executes development plans and revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, delivering high-quality service to clients.
